- 1 / 5By Lawanda ShepherdThe "manager" of this Puzza Hut did not know that they were out of cookies. After ordering she came to our table to notify us that the cookie was not available, when asked why weren't we notified beforehand she stated that no one had notified her. As a manager of any establishment she should have been aware of items out of stock. Our refund would have taken 7 day's after contacting the general manager and she wasn't available until tuesday. They did give us a free pizza which we were appreciative but the establishment had lighting that was out and broken booths. We shall not return, I hoped this helped someone.December 17, 2016
